Damages
Any damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographic evidence before a refund is made. This is for insurance purposes. Returns must be sent back within 7 days.
All of our trees are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of sale. If they weren't we would not sell them. We cannot be held responsible for a trees deteriation due to poor aftercare. We also cannot be held responsible for a trees deterioration if you are not in at the time of delivery and/or cause a delay re-arranging that delivery. Once your address has been carded by the courier it is then your responsibility to arrange a speedy and convenient time for the courier to re-deliver your parcel.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order then simply send it back to us for a full refund excluding our postage and packing charge (perishable goods, i.e trees, are not included). We must be advised of returns no later than 24 hours from receipt of your goods and they must be delivered back to us within 7 days. It is your responsibilty to obtain proof of purchase.
