Any damages, defects or incomplete orders should be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediatly if you have received a tree damaged. We will then ask you to send us a photograph so that there is no doubt as to it's condition on arrival with you, as opposed to what it looks like by the time you return it to us. Returns must be sent back within 28 days. This excludes perishable goods which should be returned immediatly.
